Overworking oneself does not mean you are productive; you might even bring stress upon yourself. To most people, being productive means giving 100% every time they work. But that is far from the truth; being productive is far from overworking or doing things even when you don't feel like it.    Assuming you are working and suddenly feel stressed, it would be much better to step back and rest for some time. In most cases, you can drink water, relax, and continue from where you stopped. When you do things like this, it not only helps you to remain productive, but it also helps you relax and work at a much better rate. Working while you're stressed can lead to much bigger mistakes which is something you might want to avoid.
